Quotations
A quotation is based on the itinerary, passenger numbers, dates and other information submitted. Changes to the journey may change the price or vehicle requirement.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when the required confirmation process and payment terms have been completed. Vehicle categories may be illustrated by representative images rather than a guaranteed make or model.
Passenger responsibilities
The group organiser is responsible for accurate journey information, passenger conduct, timely boarding and any special requirements that should be disclosed before travel.
Changes and waiting
Additional stops, extended waiting, late itinerary changes or extra operating time may result in additional charges where they fall outside the confirmed booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund conditions should be shown in the booking confirmation or quotation terms. Any supplier-specific restrictions form part of the confirmed booking where stated.
